03 — The Sheds

The Sheds.

A quiet acre. Two wooden rooms. No signal, no scroll — just breath, water, warmth, and the version of you that arrives on the second morning.

The Land

Somewhere slower.

The Sheds sit at the edge of an open field, framed by an old row of trees. There is a sauna, a cold plunge, a long table, and a very short list of instructions. Guests arrive with a suitcase and leave a little lighter than they came.

Bring nothing you need to prove. Bring what you'd bring to a friend's house — your softness.

The Days

A rhythm, not a schedule.

Morning
Sunrise & warmth.

Slow coffee outside. Optional sauna round. A guided mirror-work sit if you want it — no if you don't.

Afternoon
Walk, water, write.

Long walks, cold plunges, a shared lunch made from what's in season. The rest of the day is yours, on purpose.

Evening
Fire and one small ritual.

Dinner at the long table. A single evening practice — breath, sound bath, or simply staying quiet with people who don't need you to perform.

You don't need another retreat. You need a room that asks nothing of you.
